Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Alabama

2 years ago, my mother had a warranty deed fixed stating that she sells, conveys a piece of property to me for $10. She reserved a lifetime estate. Since then she had a stroke, and some memory problems. My question is can she legally change her mind and change this property into someone elses name?

She can do it, but whether she is competent legally is another question. It would be up to you to bring an action contesting such activity and then proving she was incompetent at the time of the change.
