If I co-signed a lease for an Apartment, and I have moved out, am I obligated to still pay the rent? is there any way that I can get my name off the lease?

You are still liable for the lease even if you move out and the party you signed with remains. If they fail to satisfy the remainig terms of the lease, then you both are liable for the amount and could be sued for the balance of the amount owed.
