Legal Question
real estate scam
We were scammed into signing alot of paperwork to keep from forclosure and later we found that we had signed our deed over to a scam artist. My name is still on it but so is his.The mortgage of course is still in my name. What can be done because we have his phone# but he acts as though he doesnt know what we are talking about.
