Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Alabama
A coworker grabs my butt three times consecutively. I then confronted the head of my human recourses department about it. The head of my human recourses then had a one on one meeting with me and him privately and individually and all this was caught on camera later I learnt he told her he was just trying to play with my shirt tail. After everything all they did was issue a wright up they didn't separate us and I'm very uncomfortable working around him now is there anything I can do?
