Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My father gave me property and a house, which i have lived in for 25 years. my dad now has a atty / guardian over his affairs and she is trying to take my house and land, can she do that?

Not if it was given to you and everything was done legally and recorded or if you have a signed deed. Now if it was just word of mouth and nothing done in writing, there is a problem.
