how can i get a letter of testamentary without a lawyer and do i have to have a probate bond and if so how do i go buy gettting one

You can't. You need to hire an attorney to probate the will for you assuming you are named Executor. If you are not, the Executor will have to make arrangements. If there is no will but you are an heir, talk with an attorney to determine whether you could serve as Administrator. If you need a bond, he/she can tell you how to get one. William G.
