Has there been a successful lawsuit brought against a medical institution/medical staff for the delay in patient care particularly the delay of transporting a patient to a higher level of care facility?

Re: delay of patient care

Delay in patient care, including a delay in the transportation of a patient to a higher level of care facility, may be medical negligence. Whether there is a provable cause of action for medical malpractice in a particular case will depend on the facts of that case. The facts and medical records would need to be reviewed as an initial point of evaluation.
