Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Arizona

Second delivery problems

Our 2nd child, I feel that the doctor did not do a good job of the delivery. Ever since the delivery, my wife had some problems.

- pains from her stomach and below

- Back pains

- suffers from depression

We changed doctors, but mentioned it's normal.

I don't think it's normal, she has been taking many medication for her back pains and various anti-depressant medication. 2nd child just turned 2 yrs old and my wife stills suffers from this problems. I am the only provider, so it's taking a toll on me.

Is this something worth investigating with a lawyer? Or is this grounds to take legal actions?

Any info would be great.

Thank you

Re: Second delivery problems

The information you provided is not sufficient to determine if your wife has a claim. You should consult with an attorney right away. The lawyer can review the facts and medical records and/or have a medical expert review the file.

You must contact an attorney immediately!! The statute of limitations for these types of claims in Arizona is two years from the date a person discovered or should have discovered the injury (and it is shorter if a governmental entity is a defendant).
