At least your Arizona weather, even in northeastern Arizona is a better climate to park aircraft. Unfortunately you can't exercise control over the property of another like this except in rare circumstances; usually just to protect the property for the rightful owner. A private investigator or attorney who is good at skip tracing and finding heirs may be able to help you locate the owner or his or her heirs.
