Legal Question
my bussines is in chapter7 bankrupsy. i have half of my ex husbands stocks from 2005. he had a partner from 1994 to2004.the expartner is trying to stop the bankrupsy and keeping a lawsuit going on me also . iam not sure what he has been tryin to drag me into the lawsuit for. do i have any rights in this matter.
