Legal Question
My chapter 7 BK was discharged two years ago,I am trying to buy a home,my credit report when ran came back showing my previous mortgage company reported late from the month I filed through the entire process which my case lasted 5 months and then two months later the home was sold as a short sale. Question would be do I hav any grounds to dispute this.
