Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arizona
I filed ch 7 bankruptcy and have received the discharge notice awhile ago. Now I have received a 'notice of trustee's intent to abandon property" regarding my home, which we reaffirmed and have continued to make mortgage payments for. What does this Trustee's notice mean?
