Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Arizona

The condos I live in recently put cameras on the pool and rec center for security purposes. My question is, is it legal that 2 of the board members, that also live in the condos, have live feed to their personal phones 24/7 to watch the live feed? To me it feels like an invation of privacy for someone to be watching me and my family swim or play games in the rec center just because they want to. I agree with the cameras for security purposes but I also think that an actual company should be monitoring the cameras or they should be recorded and then reviewed if anything should happen! Is there anything within the law that states this is illegal? Or it is illegal for persons that live on property and are not law enforcement to have this capability?

First,I would direct your attention to your CC&Rs;and determine what rights you have waived pursuant to the CC&Rs;and what you have agreed to consent to concerning the Associations activities,Common Areas and on its members activities, such as you.

I would also focus on the hold-harmless,indemnification,waiver,release,covenants not to sue the Association and claim filing deadlines and procedures to sue,as well as, the damage limitations,if any.
