Legal Question in Technology Law in Arizona

Posting of pics on websites

Two of my friends posed for a couple of racey type pics at a lake party. Both friends consented to the pictures being taken. The photographer has now posted the pictures on various websites. Both friends want the pictures removed. Since consent was given for the pics to be taken don't the pictures now belong to the photographer? What can they do to see about having them removed?

Generally, when you sign a release, there is not much you can do about it.

The first thing that would be required is a thorough review of the Release. Depending upon the scope of the Release, you may have an avenue to have the pictures removed.

Please call and we can discuss further.
