Legal Question in Technology Law in Arizona

Website Development - Porn Star

I was recently offered to design a website for a local pornstar. I am not sure if she is an escort but I mostly think she is. Anyways, she wanted to design a website for her that portrays her as a model and start a paysite eventually where people would pay to see her pornstar side. I don't own the domain or the hosting account. I am simply going to design the website. Do I have to watch out for anything? Please let me know.

Re: Website Development - Porn Star

Both Porn and being escort with a license is legal so is legal to do contract. What she puts on her site (images and content) may raise issues as you develop the site as far as the Terms of Use. So, you may want to have a contract that clearly defines scope (always a problem with design agreements), the money and how you are paid and your right to cancel if you find out it is legally or morally objectionable. The cost for us to monitor the situation is our $500.00 Advance Fee. To draft an Agreement or review your present contract for this purpose will be $950.00 or $550.00, respectively.
