Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Arizona

What can I do about our nextdoor neighbor's children planning out an attack on my son who is 7, and are discussing how and what they are going to do and what will cause the most damage? The parents don't speak english but either way they treat their kids like they are royalty that can do no wrong. We've been having problems for 2 years.

Notify police and the school. Write letter notifying the parents of these threats. Notify schools also in writing especially if those children are of school going age. Notify the City police. If necessary talk to the City attorney and ask for help.
