Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

we had a medical bill go delinquent in 2007 and then started repaying it again in 2009. We then had to stop paying again. there was no judgment against us. Do the statute of limitations apply to the 2007 date only of both dates. We lived in Arizxona at the time and recently moved to California

The statute of limitations starts running when you breach the contract. You may have breached the contract in 2009 after you stopped paying. The statute of limitations will depend on what state you were in when you had treatment.
