Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Arizona

I recieved a writ of garnishment for about 4400, in dec it was finaly paid off and the garnishment ended, now the aty that filed the writ is garnishing me again for additional interest, i thought,

The Creditor must also list the amount of the judgment and the total amount currently owed, including any interest and allowable costs. why would they stop for 5 months and allow interested to continue to accrue and then come back for more, somthin doesnt seem right...?

Based on your facts, I would agree that it does not appear to be correct. The judgment creditor must provide a quarterly report for wage garnishments. I would recommend that you send a letter to the attorney requesting an explanation to include a breakdown of the debt, interest, costs then the application of payments.
