In order to assist you, it would be necessary to learn whether you answered the lawsuit or let them take a default against you. We never recommend allowing the default unless you are going to file bankruptcy in the next few days to stay the case and avoid judgment. Your post was reviewed today and we are unclear regarding whether you took any action to respond to the lawsuit. If you would like to contact Stephanie Coulter at 602 462 1004 perhaps she can arrange a telephone conference with me so that we can discuss the status of your law suit and determine whether we can help you create a strategy to minimize your liability for this debt.
