Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

My brother was just taken down to the station for questioning in a issue my sister and he had a year ago. However my sister didn't file a complaint but told a teacher about the issue who filed a complaint without her knowing. What can I do? What about teacher student confidentiality? What can happen with my brother in the questioning?

You have not provided enough facts for anyone to give you an answer. If your brother is a suspect in a crime, perhaps he needs to retain a lawyer. I do not know if this involves a minor or what the case is about.

If your brother has been arrested or is being investigated for an offense (especially as serious what I think you are implying) he needs counsel immediately. That is the only and best way to assist him. He should not talk to the police or anyone concerning the claims.
