Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Hello, I have a friend in Arizona Maricopa county jail for a sex crime, how can he get the DNA report while he's in Jail. Can I get it for him from the state prosecutor?

You can't get it but his lawyer should have given it to him. I've defended hundreds of sex crimes over 18 years. Something is odd about your friend's situation. I don't know who's representing him, but if he is in a position to hire private counsel, give me a call.
