Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

What is going to happen???

A year ago I got into trouble because I took a credit card from a lady I worked for and used it. The court dismissed the use of the credit card and forgery, so I got charged with the theft. I'm currently on probabtion and in August 08, I took a credit card from a friend and took $400 from her bank account. I got taken down for questioning and the cop let me go, I just got papers for a summons to go to court on December 17th and need some legal help to try and stay out of jail. I would like information on costs, if there is a way to make payments or how that works. Please email me or contact me Friday, November 28th to discuss this further. Thank you so much for your time.

As a generally rule, the prosecution seeks prison time if you commit a new offense while on felony probation. If there are leagal or facutal issues with the case that may be problematic for the prosecution, they may consider something less harsh or you may want to fight the case at trial. Re: What is going to happen???

The situation is more serious than the first time as you have a prior conviction and because you were on probation. I have handled a lot of white collar cases in the past and know this to be the case. Before quoting a fee, I'd like to speak with you and get a little bit more information so I can look up the case. Feel free to give me a call at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.
