Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My husband was on probation and his sister got drunk and out of control and started fghting him he was just trying to get away from her but she apparently made a report to the police and a detective was involved she let them take pictures of her and showed up at our home with a warrent for probation violation and aggervated assult with intent to stop breathing a class 4 felony this is the second time she has done this last time he was charged with domestic violence and completed his classes but that was false also she gets drunk and mad and trys to fight and then calls the cops its not right she is not going to go to court or pursue this any further because she was drunk but i am worried if the state picks this up what should we do please help me before we do the wrong thing thank you
