Can a person have a arrest record, with no charges, no rights read, no nothing but a illegal search and seizure of paraphanelia?

An arrest record usually contains certain information such as the date of arrest, charges, date of disposition and disposition.

The arresting agency, the prosecuting agency and the court each has a form that is filled out by each agency and submitted to the DPS which is the agency that maintains criminal histories in Arizona.

The DPS then forwards the information to the FBI.
