Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

probation violation

In 2003 my boyfriend was arrested for possesion of a small amount of marijuana. Later that year he was again arrested only this time for something bigger like robbery or something. THe court date for the marijuana happenned to fall ona date that he was already incarcerated. They called it FTA a couple times, then issued a warrent, but he was already in jail. When he got out of prison, he was on probation, but violated, did 7 months in county, then didnt report for probation when he got out. He was arrested tonight for speeding, is he in really big trouble, what can i do for now, and would obtaining legal service help at this point? thank you.
