Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I just had a question about the following.. I just recently got a new job in a new state I moved to and I started today and was informed that my background check came back with felony warrants active for me in the neighboring state for some things back in March of 2013 that I was never aware of or told about and I don't know what the best way of going about fixing these issues would be and taking care of them? It said I had a court date and such but I was never informed or served with any paperwork notifying me of the court or the pending charges. I also was able to go get a new License and Social Security Card recently and was never informed about it when I got both of them.
