Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
On Sept. 21st. 2014 at 11:30 pm my husband was stabbed in the parking lot where we live at. We know the guy that stabbed my husband and we know his wife to. What I want to know is can I sue this guy and his wife for pain and suffering? My husband stop breathing on the way to the hospital for 8 minutes. He was stabbed in the lung and in the heart so my husband will never be the same again. He gets tired just walking to the mail box now.
