Legal Question

First Time Offenders

I recently received a summons to appear in court on 3 counts of theft and 1 count of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices. I am a first time offender.

Please help me understand my options. Will I have to serve any jailtime or will the judge be easier on me since I am a first time offender?
