Legal Question in DUI Law in Arizona

DUI underage

Im 20 and goto University of Arizona and I was pulled

over 4 AM on Friday night for accidently turning down a

one way. The officer told me to step out because he

smelled alcohol in my breath. I performed all the tests

and passed them all then he asks me to take the breathalyzer test. I did it 3 times .040, .037, .034. All

legal limits if i was 21. I had stopped drinking hours

before and was just driving home. I was charged with:

Wrong way on a one way street, Underage w/ liquor in

Body, & Underage operating vehicle with liquor in body.

The last two charges are criminal. What is going to

happen? THe police kept telling me this was like a baby

DUI. What should i do?

Re: DUI underage

Get a lawyer who knows what he's doing cuz if you are convicted of the underage DUI, which you easily could be even if your BAC is < .08, you could lose your license for 2 years.
