Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Child Custody

What age can a child choose a parent to live with? What steps are necessary to change an existing child custody agreement?

My ex is involved with a married woman, what rights does she have re: my children?

My ex now thinks I am an unfit mother and wants to have sole custody of our girls, how easy is this to do?

Re: Child Custody

Thank you for your inquiry. There is no age where a child can choose who he/she wants to live with; however, older children's wishes are considered (along with many other factors) more strongly than younger children's wishes.

We offer a free initial consultation, so please contact our office to schedule a time to meet with one of our attorneys to discuss the details of your situation.
