My daughters father hasent seen or had anything to do with her in five years he lives in the same town as me and yes he pays childsupport here and there we were never married when I had my daughter and now im married and my husband is wanting to adopt her how would I go about that because I know hes not going to sign over his rights willingly but ive raised her since shes been born I pay for her food and clothes n her schooling and everything else
