I kicked my 17 year old out what are the legal ramifications she will be 18 in October. She has a job and a safe place to stay.

Probably there will be no legal ramifications, unless someone called the police or CPS. It might even be considered corporal punishment, which is legal, although kicking is bordering more into child abuse. I wouldn't worry about it, though. Just apologize to the child and make sure it doesn't happen again.
