Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

we get married out of USA and my wife lives out of USA. Now my wife refused to join me here in USA. Can I go for divorce as she is no longer interested to continue in marriage with me? Is it possible to divorce when marriage was done outside of USA?

Yes it is possible to obtain a divorce in the USA. Arizona will require that you reside in the state for at least 90 days prior to filing. You're welcome to contact me to discuss this further.
