Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Married three years. Does my spouse have a right to half the money in our joint accounts. I was the sole wage earner. Also does she have the right to alimony. She was not working when we met and never worked during the marriage.

Yes, by definition, money in a joint account is half hers, and yes, she MAY (not automatic) have the right to spousal support, however, the spousal support will be limited to a reasonable amount of time and to a reasonable amount. The court will imput income to her based upon her capability to work and earn money, and then determine the amount, if any, of spousal support she may be entitled to receive.
