The mothers of my three children want me to terminate my rights. They do not want me to have any say in the children. Can I voluntarily terminate my parental rights?

I would need many more facts about your case before giving a detailed response, but generally the answer would be yes. However, please know you are not waiving your obligation for child support unless the child is immediately adopted. We do offer free 30 minute consultations where we can discuss the specifics of your case so we ensure an accurate response. 623-748-8973.

Best of luck!
