Moving children from said county

CAN A RESPONDENT MOVE OUT OF THE COUNTY THAT A DIVORCE CASE WAS ENTERED INTO SUPERIOR COURT WITHOUT the courts permission for the perpuse of hiding the children from the petitioner and then give the court a p.o. box as an address.

Typically, both parents must keep the other informed of the children's physical address. If she is "hiding" the children, contrary to the Court order, then she may also be committing the crime of custodial interference.
