Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I received a divorce in California; now live in Arizona. In the decreed, my Ex was to pay me $25000 within a certain period of time and the time window has now expired. Since his assets are in CA and I live in AZ, should I get a lawyer in CA or AZ?
