Can I get a restraining order or protection order against my sons grandmother?

If you feel threatened or harassed, then yes you can apply for an order of protection. Depending on the facts of your claim, the judge will either grant your request or deny it. The grandmother, after service, will then have the opportunity to request a hearing to challenge the order of protection.
