I'm only licensed in Tennessee, so I can't technically give advice in your state because doing so would amount to practicing law there, and I haven't studied the law in your state.... but I would bet dollars to donuts that you can not force your ex-wife to change her last name so it is no longer the same as yours.

It is now HER last name.

If the guy down the block at the same last name and you didn't like the fact that people sometimes thought you were him or he was you, you would not be able to force him to change his last name either.
