Legal Question in Immigration Law in Arizona

When I was little my parents took me from Mexico to the US with my passport. It has been like twenty years since it expired. I grew up here so Mexico is like a foreign country. I want to know how hard it is to resolve this and possibly become a resident. I have no crimes and I go to college please help.

If you were under the age of 31, as of June 15, 2012, you may be eligible for DACA, which would get you a 2 year work permit, but no greencard.

Since you entered without inspection, & have accrued illegal presence since the age of 18, you are barred from adjusting status in the United States.

Unless immigration reform is passed to help people in your position, there is not much you can do.

Even if you marry a U.S. citizen, you will still have to file a provisional waiver of inadmissibility, & leave the U.S. to apply for an immigrant visa at the U.S. Consulate in Mexico.
