Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Arizona

website - title - copyright or trademark infringement

My new website title includes my unique business name plus two keywords to help Google and my readers identify my subject matter. My business offers a spiritual service. Another spiritual business already has a website up with a title that includes the same 2 key words. In fact, their use of those two words follows their writing of a book using the 2 words in the title. My use of those keywords was not something I copied or stole from them. I thought of it independently. Also, I later learned that those same keywords are part of the title of a book written by the famous author Emerson. Furthermore, a different website indicates that those same two words are included within the 4 sacred vows of Buddhism. Thus, the other website (and their book) were not the first uses of those words. Am I legally allowed to use the two keywords in my website title, along-side my unique business name, or am I infringing upon the other websites copyright or trademark privelege, associated with their pre-existing book title? Just for the record, neither my business name nor their business name contain those two keywords. Only my website title, their website title, and their book title use those words. Thx. for any legal help.

Unless you are going to comply with their demand, you'll need a legal opinion on this issue so you know what you can do. You don't get those from this site, but you can contact me directly if you want me to go over your facts.
