Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

i work for the county and have been and am getting harassed. i have filed a grievance and continue to get harassed. human resources doesn't seem to bee doing anything but filing my situation and i am on the verge of getting fired because of the retaliation i receive. is there anyone i can take this further with?
