Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

My ex and I are both on a lease thst ends tomorrow, he vacated the home already.. I took the key back, landlord knows he is gone.. He is now threatening to come here tomorrow with police and take items from my home. Can he still be let in or is he able to do this?
