Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona

I've lived in my Phoenix, Arizona apartment for several years. In May, a notice was left at my door that said management had no record of anyone living there, so I had to show them the lease I had signed in January. They told me they were new management and that the previous team had been terrible record-keepers and they had me sign a new lease. Now, they've suddenly sprung it on me that I have a condo. No explanations offered. I'm supposed to mail my rent to someone in Ohio. No name or company name was given, just an address and a phone number. I tracked down a company but when I called the phone number they gave me a new address, which turned out to be someone's home. I don't know if I should be sending them my rent. With some further digging, I now believe that, because they didn't think anyone lived there, they sold my apartment on January 31 and called it a condo--while I was living in it. 3 different companies have come up as owners. Is any of that legal? I'm fairly certain a somewhat ridiculous level of incompetence is involved, but is there anything more maybe involved here? I want to move out immediately but I don't know if I would be breaking my lease or if my lease is even valid. Can you help?

Your questions can't be answered in this manner, I would have to read your lease agreement and learn the circumstances under which the new lease was signed, in order to advise you.
