Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
I own a mobile home park, a lady with 4 kids moved into one of the homes, no lease, no payment, just squatters. They are using my utilities for water, sewer, and trash. I asked them to sign a lease and start paying the monthly fee, or move out. Can I turn off the water to get them to leave?

It sounds like they are trespassers. Call the police and have them remove them if they have no relationship with your facility.
