Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
I have a roommate that is not on the lease. Today I gave him a 30 day notice to move. He told me that he will be out in 15 days. Does he still have to pay me for the 30 days or just for the 15 days?

Generally, a full month's rent is due on a month to month tenancy unless your written agreement states otherwise.
