Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Arizona

My Grandfather was buried 1957 in Glendale cemterey in Arizona. At this time they a not able to locate his burial site. His death certficate states that he is buried there. The Family would like to put a marker on his grave site or relocate him to a cemterey in California. Glendale cemterey has been very nice and helpful , but are still not able to locate him. We have been dealing with this for over a year. What is my next step?

Wow. That's awful. I'm so sorry that has happened. I wish that I could help you further. But until somebody finds your grandfather's remains or marker, I don't think any lawyer can help you. As an amateur genealogist I really feel for you though. Maybe an archaeologist or forensic scientist could be of help? I don't know what to tell you.

Best of luck.
