Legal Question in Military Law in Arizona
army awol joined navy b4 dfr
I have a good friend who just went AWOL from Ft. Benning (Army) went home and decided to join the Navy...He joined the Navy before he was DRF (Dropped From The Rolls). WIll he get into any trouble from either branches for doing this?

Possibly, but that's his business. He needs to contact his superior officers and get this straightened out sooner rather than later.
