Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

my daughter and friend were in a car accident the driver of the suv had a suspended license. after hitting our car he ran from the scene and went home.the suv belonged to his parents hes 23 and living at home. the att representing my daughter and friend have said the insurance the car owners have is only 50 thou even though my daughter and friend are still messed up. is there anything more that we can do?

There could be additional insurance such as your underinsured, or a homeowner's/umbrella policy that covers personal liability, or there is always the option of going after the personal assets of the driver of the SUV or the parents who owned it.
