Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

Injured by employer

I answered an ad to work as a housekeeper for a man and did go to his home and clean for which I was paid $70.00. The man and I agreed that cleaning was not my forte, but administrative type work for his business would be a better fit. He led me on for a week or so promising that he had work for me to do, until one night he asked me over the phone if I wanted to be ''friends''. A couple of nights later, he started asking me sexual type questions and told me his fantasies. One night we met at another home he owns (he is married) to have a wrestling match. Before I could even get situated, he slammed me rear over head so hard it caused excruciating pain & I screamed out in pain as it cracked everything all through my neck & back. We drove to the drug store where he purchased some medication & ice & moist pack. He was apologetic but when I told him later that I needed to see a chiropractor, he freaked out. The pain disappeared after about a week of icepacks, but now 2 months later, it is back and I can barely turn my head. I would prefer this rich man just pay for my chiropractic return to health, but it appears I will need an attorney. What type of attorney would handle this type of case?
